Grid minutes are 8/9 of ordinary minutes, which means that we have more Grid minutes than ordinary minutes per day. One ordinary minute is 60 sec and one Grid minute is 53.33 sec.

This means that one has to recalculate the waveforms or the BPM of a waveform to BPAM (Beat Per Arc Minute) in order to be closer in tune with the natural harmonics of this plane (realm).

Funny enough this gives an interesting BPAM value of 90 (BPM) for the natural waveform tuning of 432 Hz (27/3=9, 3*144=432).

The BPM for the 432 Hz frequency that, according to the “Chakra Massage” table, has a BPM of 101,3. This is based on the normal 60 second per minute value.

To come to the “Arc BPM” (BPAM) value one has to use 53.3333334 second per minute value instead (i.e. Grid minute). That is to say 8/9 of a “normal” minute. Then the BPAM for the 432 Hz frequency is then 90 (instead of 101.3).
